Solid Elminster Formation?

Has anybody figured out a good Elminster formation yet? I'm struggling to do even the early variants. Looking over who is eligible, I'm struck that there have been a lot of Super-Gimmicky champs released over the last three years (e.g. Warduke and his "everything is backwards!" thing), but DPS choices are extremely limited.

Anybody got a good setup yet?

Careful selection of Waterdeep quests. It's very marginal, but I could just squeak through enough of them.

I'm still in the process of clearing it, 16 variants left. Later campaigns are essentially cleared, only 3 variants left requiring babysitting.

I successfully cleared Evil to the Core for Elminster today with this formation, with Warduke as the DPS:

Pointers to optimize this team:
- You need Valentine's Air Genasi Glitch feat to bring her into the formation.
- Have a familiar on Vin Ursa's Ultimate with as many critical booster feats as you have for the first part of the run, to rack up Favored Foes for Vicious Vantage and Bounty Hunter. (It may be worth bringing in Viconia temporarily, to get an Undead foe easier.) Once she's got all the foes, or at least enough of them, you can switch her feats to something more optimized to boost Warduke.
- If you can time the attempt to when Aeon's current patron is either Mirt or Elminster, Inner Circle's boost will be maxed out.
- Make sure Voronika's Inner Circle Champion is in the team. Have ultimates firing regularly to activate her Search for the Crown goal and also to boost Ultimate Power.
- Krux boosts your BUD the longer you're in a zone on two factors: time spent and (with the Foe of Xaryxis specialization) favored foe kills.
- Be willing to pop 100 contracts to max out Vin Ursa's Contract Negotiations, and also some potions toward the end for BBEG's Homebrew.

And globally Kas can be a better option than Warduke in a few days too.

I read somewhere Kas should be around e80 at z2001. Not sure if that's correct but it's a safe bet to say he'll be better than Warduke.
