As pointed out in another topic by kab_reg, Warduke as dps is also possible (And honestly, I don't remember the one I used between him and Dark Urge, both have enough damage in said formations for me).

My formation is probably harder to copy because I have relatively good legendary items.

1500 requires anyway some gear & legendaries but if a player manage to do them on other patrons, he's probably not so far to do it with Elminster.

For a DM pick, you can go for Birdsong (seat 9), she will work in both cases, have strong potential and she's in the empty seat. (DM buff is covered by Blooshi anyway so it's not a much worst pick than Fen).

Thank you for sharing your formations kab_reg, they are of enormous help!
I was stuck at 1179, obviously my evil champs' equipment was weak sauce. Then replaced Spurt with the new Minthara (Rare eqipment at iLvl 5, right spec.) and managed to get to 1220.

No patron variant that is.
