You can even wait it out - the store will be around when the "incursion" ends, you just won't get more of those gems (except for certain adventures and variants that give small quantities of them.) So you can continue using Nrakk and make a decision later on. As long as you don't wait until the next incursion (which don't happen that often,) then you have plenty of time to figure it out.
Ceramorphosis seems to have the habit of buffing prestack abilities, and multiplicatively to boot. I mean, if you can call it happening to every AA champ released so far "a habit".
However, if Nrakk and the AA's are never to meet (because Nrakk is a tedious wanker), then there's bugger all need for that feat.
Skins = if you don't buy these now you MAY be able to buy them for real money later but there is a chance you'll never see them again.
Golden epics = if you don't buy those now you MAY be able to buy them for real money later but there is a chance you'll never see them again.
Pigments = buy now or never. It is a limited yet recurring supply.
So feats should probably be your last priority unless it's for your favorite hero.
If you're the type of player who spends real cash on the game then pigments are the top pick.
If you're FTP then skins, epics or pigments are the way to go depending on preference. Protip: epics aren't worth it except if you need a shiny potion. Pigments add to damage (but not a lot) and the new skins open up options.
In this game's terms, "no skin can make Jang Sao or Thellora not suck."
Edit: Yes, I know about Auril's bonus. Not impressed by it at all, not worth wasting gems - of any kind - on skins.
Over all, id just suggest really thinking about who you are using and how much. If you have groups that you really enjoy using/creating and it helps you, that's all that maters. That is half the fun of this game, Doing things the way you want and coming up with your own combo's to beat the missions and play the game.
Finally managed to get Valentine's six slots all pigmented now. Champion slot 5 is now full of benchwarmers and Valentine.
I'm working on a prudence group, with high CHR and thellora/hitch.. Though i keep swapping in Delina.
The nice thing about this game is there are lots of End goals, so it can be fun to push a subpar group to the finish verse just sticking in your top folks every time.
I also do them one at a time which may be "inefficient" but also allows me to do as usual, alt-tab and play other games while this one does its thing in the background (my background parties are background background parties.)
