Thellora level skip (help needed)

What am I doing wrong I am gaining stacks but not skipping levels. I am still stuck at 32/500.
What do I need to do to get Thellora to skip levels?

Try running her alone and without familiars on the ground through the first several areas. Don't use her in background parties or in offline mode.

Does where you put her have high campaign favor (divine blessing), such as E50 or more?

If not, move her to one of those campaigns, and equip her "Thin Their Ranks" feat if you can afford it.

The reason is that she will jump zones equivalent to whichever is the LOWER of her stacks or current campaign favor. So, you could have 10000 Rush stacks, but she'll only jump to area 9 if you only have E09 campaign favor.

If favor's not the problem, then there appears to be bugged interactions with other speed champions (e.g. Widdle), and just plain stuff-ups all of her own. These stop her jumping for "reasons", and there's nothing you can do about it except experiment with other combos of champs.

So, why haven't the serious bugs in the new premier event champ been hotfixed already?

Well, unbelievably (or believably in the case of CNE), the devs knew about the issues last week, but said "Pfft, we'll fix it next week". it's FFOMO, with the extra 'F' being 'Frustrated'. You see, a frustrated FOMO player might be MORE likely to pay to make both the frustration and timesink go away.

Currently there's a bug where if Thellora attacks during or immediately before a zone transition she'll burn her stacks but not rush. Devs are aware and supposedly working on it.

This bug does not prevent getting her achievement. When I put Thellora into a speed party, she burnt her stacks without rushing, but the achievement was cleared in about two hours.

Of course. If the zone doesn't transition during her attack she still rushes as normal. It's just difficult to set up properly if you've got other speed champs and are completing zones extremely quickly.

In practice to get the achievement. (I'm at 406/500 now). Run her for around 150 levels in an easy/fast free play where you have lots of credits in heaven .

Restart her, make sure she kills at L1 (i.e. click kill yourself to get her to load, leave the rest of the party on the bench until she jumps).

She SHOULD then jump 20+ levels

Sorry, 200 or so areas. :{. I'll get there eventually. There probably are other ways, but that's the only reliable option I've found. (Possibly dependent on the champions I use)

3 tickets open for her, not the best rollout, but not 'bad' by CNE standards

For me she doesn't generate stacks if she is in a background party. She was at area level 400 of a run (in from the beginning) and had only generated 1 stack for that run. Where as in this run I had her in the front party and she is at 45 stacks (max rush of 34) at area 400+

The speed abilities of champions don't (normally) work in the background, so I imagine that if she doesn't gain stacks in the background, it's working as intended.

Ill have to try her alone a bit, but i'm still not sure how her speed is suppose to work. Shandie is a speed champion i understand, same with Naraha which i just love. Then there are the ones that make things spawn faster and i'm understanding them more.


As a side note, not on her speed side. She does seam to have a nice buff if you make a girl group and she has some really nice tanking and health bonuses for certain missions that do that AOE damage. I can see her helping with that as well.

Outside of all her skills, i really like her a lot. Her avatar is great, i'd love to see a Centaur with a Bow too, and while we are at requests, an amazon character to go along with that would be great. (any Xena fan's out there know what i'm talking about?)

Yes, I left the foreground party running all night (and for once the game didn't lock up ...), they finally stopped at ~420 so I hit finish this morning and she did get something like 34 areas at the start of the next run.

468/500 now, hopefully done today sometime and I can put her out to pasture ;)

Thanks for the advice everyone I am at 350/500 now and am making good progress. I am able to get 40 stacks at a time now.
I also purchased Thellora's "Thin Their Ranks" which helped quite a bit.

Need to clear area 1000 to jump 50, this is really bad. Guess I can set the modron core to automate this, but this is a champion I will never touch again.
