You're getting 3 time gate pieces (most likely you already have them as a lvl 1 reward of season), got to Time Gates section and open time gate to get Hew Maan

I thought the heroes should have been awarded when you get iLevels for them from the event. What happens if you get the iLevels but don't have the hero or even any items for them yet?

You'll get them when you unlock the hero.

You mean when you unlock the items after you unlock the hero? Just wondering if iLevels apply if you don't have any items yet.

To buy +x ilvls rewards you need to have both champion & six pieces of gear unlocked on it. I just checked on a dead account and I can't buy iLvls: Birdsong +25 because of that.

Ah ok. Would have been nice if they just included the unlock for new people.

I think it's really the reason they offer TG pieces in first 2 tiers.

Did you play their Lost Idols game?
If you did, this code may still work to unlock Hew Man and a few others.

If you registered for the newsletter (which you should have done to get Hitch champion) they sent out an email in last few days with free code to unlock Hew-Maan.
