Getting past Acererak's Puzzle (Tomb of Nine Gods Variation)

I can't seem to get past this variant.
Requirements: STR 13, DEX 14 AND CON 15 champs only, completing Area 350.
I have e33 favor and only have Orkira, Briv, DM/Krull, Nordom, Tyril, Azaka qualifying. At best, I can have 7 champions with DM's Special Guest specialization. Most of the champions have blue/purple with 1 or 2 shinies except for Nordom and Krull (blue/greens). Any advice? It's the second to the last variant I need before completing TOA.

To clarify, I am using epic potions already and the best I got was around area 300 with 6 familiars out

You may either:
-Earn more favor (but Armored boss will still be a pain).
-Unlock more champions through TG.

The main rule for this game is : if you can't pass a certain adventure or variant, do something else and come back later.

Get more champions, more favors, more patron favors, level up your existing champions and their gear, and try again later.

Pretty much this. I know you want to finish it and move on, but it's probably best to just come back to it when you've opened a lot more chests and either you have a full roaster of champions or the key champions you need to use for your formation are just stronger in total. Keep opening chests for duplicate gear and BS contracts. You'll get there eventually.

Use time gates to unlock more champions that qualify. You'll want to eventually unlock all champions anyway and there is a big difference between trying to finish something with 7 or 10 champions in the formation.

Improving your modron core(s) also helps, but getting new champions from time gates is far quicker.
