How to find quests for specific objectives (monsters, distractions, etc)

I'm trying to clean up my seasonal quests but I have no clue where to find Zariel, Lycanthrope bosses, and Minotaur Skeletons. Is there a resource somewhere that can give me that info? If nothing else, could you tell me where I can find those three at least?

Zariel: Some Avernus missions (e.g. The Sibriex, z40), Founder's Day time gates.
Lycanthrope bosses: Sword Coast, Beast Intentions.
Minotaur Skeletons: Sword Coast, Underdeep Cartography.

I found that most, but not all, of the seasonal specific enemy quests had that enemy/boss show up in the event that started a few days into the week you got the quest.
