Any reason not to dismantle?

Is there any drawback from a full dismantle? It looks like it is only a benefit but I'm worried I'm missing something. It looks like even if the character was perfect and you full dismantled it you could put it back nearly the same except the RNG on where the ilvl get redistributed.

IDK, if a full dismantle also convert lenedaries into potions - it can be a drawback, as you'll get random effects from potions.
