If you can finish, I'd recommend getting enough favor to get the 3rd perk and maxing out your core before continuing. Relentless Peril is one of the easier ones--if you're struggling on it you'll definitely have trouble progressing unless you can increase your power.
I think something non-optimal like:

Is what I used for it
Actually Makos is in the wrong position in that image. I can't remember exactly where I put him; he probably just needs to directly buff Arkhan instead of trying to usurp.
I tried Coo Coo Pigeon's Ashara formation, broke through to level 674, but stuck again.
I have had the formation running for a day (that you posted) - got as far as 683 - but stuck for nearly the whole day there. I can never seem to get a crit to make by BUD go up enough to clear it. (My base damage is around 3.23e50e150, with my max listed as high as 2.00e215. Asharra runs around 3.e208.
I assume you swapped Talin for Donny aso a few times?
Ya, I quit the variant last night after letting it run for a few days -- for some reason, I could never get my crit damage to affect my BUD to make any more dents. I switched champions around a few times, re-spec'd them, tried others. I'll work on getting the lesser ones done first then try again. The core is level 13, nearing 14. My other core is only level 1 right now (and I don't want to spend 500k gems for the third when I have 30+ shiny items to get yet for my evergreen champions, plus i think I want to buy some feats.)

Notes:
1. The two that hidden behind favor are Hew Maan & Baeloth. Baeloth is next to Freely.
2. With the exception of Zariel's, all blessings maxed out.
- 2.a Tier 4 & 5 Global, respectively: 25/30 & 12/20 (don't matter, anyway).
- 2.b Tier 5 Local at 44/50 (this only concerns 735 boss, Hezrou, a fiend).
3. Standard core at 15 (the one you get the first time).
4. Orkira's Elemental Fire at e12.
5. Specializations: Gromma ~ mid, Penelope ~ left then left, Baeloth ~ right, Hew Maan ~ left, Freely ~ right.
- 5.a For Gromma, don't bother with Spike Shell ~ you'll need to get lucky to get her hit to score her debuff.
- 5.b Penelope's mass slow was intended to prolong front liners. In hindsight, they don't need it, area 742 reached enraged status.
- 5.c Freely's Chaos spec ~ Orkira, Baeloth, Penelope is chaotic. I might be wrong about whether the debuff application, so...
Notes about champions & positions:
1. The setup gave you 2 bonds for Asharra, so she gets a total of 3 (double-dip from Potpourri).
2. Ulkoria at 7 = 50% chance to reset attack cooldown. What I had in mind was meant for quick debuff application (Orkira's and to an extension, Freely's). I had no problem killing normal mobs, in fact, they die so fast area 700 boss couldn't touch my front-liners.
3. Makos was chosen over Shaka & Donaar. In my run, I only managed to fill 3 correct slots and surround Shaka with another 3. Makos gave me a solid e1 increase; apparently, Donaar's buff not considered 'positional' regarding Ulkoria's.
4. Baeloth's Djinn stacked at 9. No need to get 10, you'll want to swap Warden, such as at area 735.
- 4.a If you don't know how to get 9 stacks ~ The 8th should be Gromma, then the 9th is one of the front-liner. From the screenshot, empty Penelope's slot, move Orkira to Freely's, then place the 9th at Ulkoria's. Do it at the boss area and keep an eye on their health. Best result if the boss going after the 9th. Disconnect health buff from the core, obviously.
5. This formation in hindsight, it's better to set up Makos as the last guy. At his position, he's better swapped with Warden while maintaining 9 stacks for Djinn.
6. Place Gromma (tank) next to Asharra, because she'll get 3x multiplier from Strahd's global.
7. With health buff from the core, Gromma will be the lowest health. She was 2 mill-ish, while others at 28.5 mill. If she's threatened, swap her position with Freely.
8. I placed familiars at Baeloth's & Hew Maan's to keep Morbid stack as high as possible (a necessity in boss area) and for the 25% ultimate cooldown reduction.
__________
The screenshot walled at 742. I purposely pushed that far to check how far I can go for Zariel's variants. It might vary when there're ranged bosses.
Weekend buff was 3x multiplier for Hew Maan's Hello, Fellow Humans.
On average Asharra around 4.6 e193-ish, can reach 1-2 e199 due to Penelope's Tool For The Job. But in boss area, the last one will be pushed far that the party won't be attacked anymore, therefore, the buff is inactive.
Hope that helps.
