Any formation help on Mirt's Variant?

I've literally tried everything. On 232/250 not really want to give up now.

honestly, this is going to sound like a cop-out answer, but anything with low level requirements (like 250) is just a favour game. If you can't max out the hero before 250 (or close to it) all its going to require is more favour.

You could try to burn a bunch of potions, assign your modron core and you might make it.
What formation are you using atm?

I HATED that variant when I had low favor. So much randomness that can just wreck you. On that one honestly I'm not sure there's much of a strategy you can take to help other than what's been said--use potions or wait for more gear/favor.

2.18E08 is my favour. Quite lower than my go-get-azaka favour which is 6.08e14.

Krydale - freely & beadle/grimm - Xander/Shandie/Jax-Melf/Nova-Tyril

Freely is on chaos, hence mainly chaos champs.

edit: I have already burned, 2x 1 hour gold and BUD, now got an epic BUD and gold running with a bunch of health/dmg potions running to. I think I have done like 4x 15mins of both plus an epic dmg potion.
This is why I can't just go now haha.

on the bright side though, it has gained me over 1200% of favour.

I would focus on doing Tomb of Annihilation variants for now since your favor is much better. That will let you unlock Mirt perks that will make the other campaigns easier without having to farm as much favor.

If you're determined to finish, do you have champions like Jaheria, Briv, or Grimm who scale the longer they're in the party? I haven't actually tried doing this, but it seems like leaving Grimm in for a long time and swapping him would give a pretty hefty buff.

So I only have grimm available.
Jaheria is not eligable. And I don't have Brivv yet.

I have noticed that, when I tag team them it makes me get over 2/3 waves. (Basically click real fast but as my fingers are old its not that fast haha)

I am edging there, when I started this thread I was around 230?

Now I am 238/239. Which is about 4 hours (but i have done dinner, put the kids to bed (younger ones anyway) and had a shower since then)

ps now this is with only epic potions dmg, gold and BUD. My hours have ran out on all of them.

When shandie gets her 50% dash effect, I feel like we get better as well. But maybe thats just because it looks better killing enemies quickly than the norm speed?

so after this, i changed to beadle and did to 250 haha.

Now on to the support challenge - which leave me with only FOUR champions. This will be fun...

"No Support" challenges are universally hated. The solution is basically use familiars and reset whenever they stop one-shotting everything. If it makes you feel any better, the number of champions you use is basically irrelevant. Jarlaxle and Drizzt both contribute their gold find boosts which lets you click farther, and the rest are only good for defeating armored enemies.
