Tomb: Templar's camp
Waterdeep: Attack on the Manor
Avernus: Tale Of Two Cities
TOA: Templars- Best level out there. All enemies on minscs and zorbus kill list.
Waterdeep: -All levels seem crappy. Mysteriuos summons i think? The first map ( or second?) seems to have most minsc/zorbu friendly enemies and no armoured enemies.
Avernus: Tale of 2 citeies. All levels are bad on this tour as too many non-minsc/zorbu enemies are there to fight. This level is the lesser of the evils in avernus
Basically whatever enemy i run into at deep levels that isnt part of minsc/zorbu kill list ends up being my wall.
If you have zorbu you want to find drow enemies
https://idle.kleho.ru/adventures?enemies=Drow&em=20&ef=10
They double dip from humonoid and drow so he does bonus bonus damage to them
then just farm up a ton of kills on zorbu and begin to use that as your push levels,
Otherwise try to avoid levels with armoured enemies they are much harder to get to higher levels
Even only TWO heroes, Kull with any tank hero can reach 350 easily (for me, my krull gear's average level is about 250). His pain plague stack multiplicatively and can stack up to 30 times (30 is the highest number I remember. Not sure is there a cap for his Virulent strain ability ). Infected enemy take 6e4 more damage per stack (depends on gear level)...
No doubts that mad wizard is the best map for farming gems and patron free plays, but for grinding favor, there's better options. This map has a level with a hit-armored thing you need to kill (LVL 14, 64, etc) and it's a bit hard to deal with this on lvls 550+. Also there's a lot of fiends, fey and elementals that won't help Zorbu lifelong kills.
I built my grand tour favor(e37 right now with the help of events convertion) in the map "Terror in the dark" that don't have nothing hit-armored, and 95% of the monsters are Undeads, Beasts and Humanoids.
(I don't remember exactly, but I think there's only 2 fey lvls, 2 or 3 monstrosity lvls, the rest are all the 3 types above, that Zorbu will simply dominate if well farmed).

Average ilevel 250 on kull? wtf?! How many champs do you have with ilevels like that. I guess I should have focused. but none of mine are over 100. Is that wrong, should I focus on 1 champ at a time? Even so, just how much money have you spent to get that many upgrade scrolls? I guess , if you can farm that high, they are probably easier to come by with you gettingmore chests, but still...does the average player have ilevels of 250? I must REALLY, RREEAALLLLYY suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
Eh, I wouldn't worry about it. I prefer to spread things out as well, and I'm able to reach a little past 900. My Krull is at 82. Avren and Zorbu are around 120 or something. Some others, like Melf and B&G, are much higher because they can be used for all patrons and either give speed (Melf) or are usable in almost all variants (B&G). Dumping everything in Krull won't help you complete a single Strahd variant. If you're going to focus on anything, make it a speed champion so you get more blacksmith contracts and snowball.
The other primary formation(s) are as well worth levelling up, and that means DPS formation and the boostable gold finders such as Omin and Freely.
Effectively, that means higher click wall which means higher profit, which means more ilvls/hour.
The way I'm doing it is all but common blacksmith to my chosen high priority target, and commons go to a lower priority. Repeat until desired level.
For pushing: Krull, Freely, Avren
For farming: Melf, Briv, Sentry (capped)
I don't care Rosie is ilvl 11 (or Arti being ilvl 5)
The used/useful are ilvl 250+ to get most-worth out of the contracts.
Spreading allows for a more stable run over all campaigns and variants, focus allows peaking. As ptor already said: Focus = better income = better longtime profit.
But even without it krull is mental.
Every ilvl you get in pifler or pain goes up to ^40 increase in gold/damage...
At 250 its decent, at 750 it's well and above it's only wishful to put BS in when you got plenty
What I meant is, you don't need ilvls for Krull for him to work. So pumping the limited contracts you have into Krull as a priority is not needed but yes, it would help with your progress indeed. But I wouldn't say Krull is priority? Then again, I'd rather speed.
