Conditions of Azaka's Buff Traveler Ability

Is anyone able to explain Azaka's Traveler Buff? It looks like that her buff doesn't effect any champion. It looks like no other champions receive her buff as an incoming buff, but her buff is listed as an active outgoing buff.
I'm not sure if I do somthing wrong or if it's just a bug.

It not appears under buff list coz it's not a formational buff. It's like Tyril's moonbeam.

I don't have Azaka, but if it is a groupbuff I assume it won't show up - just like K'thris' Hoardsperson and Tyril's Moonbeam isn't showing up in that list.
Pretty much only things with requirements (formation/stats) are in said list, I think.

Azaka buffs all champions if they are in an exterior position. Sounds like a formational buff.

In addition: It's confusing that it looks like that Azaka buffs sometimes and sometimes she dosen't (current bonus 0%).

I don't really understand how her buff works and I would like to use her more effecient.

exterior loction, that means area (level) not positin, no buff at levels like cave and other thingies...

2 conditions required to activate the Adept Traveller buff: first condition being that the current area is taken place in an exterior location, and the second condition being Azaka's presence (alive ie > 0hp) in the formation (at least levelled enough to unlock the Adept Traveller buff).

It is not classified as a positional buff as those buffs depend on the location (position) of other champion(s) in the formation as a specific condition to activate the relevant buff(s), which is not the case for Adept Traveller and that's why you don't see Adept Traveller buff listed in champs' (other than Azaka) buffs interface.
