Don't attempt it with less than 1,000m favor and as many blue gear as you can get or use potions.
I had 488m favor and barely beat it without potions on the bonus weekend which had double gold drops, had all blue except one of his damage items was green and the ultimates were green.
Had to hammer stack and switch to Celeste, and use Warden's ultimate to clear the bosses at levels 160+
Did it with around 16mil favor but i did have to use ultimates later on some of the bosses, do you have the blessings that let your champs do 2x dmg on other campaigns?
My warden is crap geared with 2 whites for his damage increase atm but my celeste is full epic and calliope 5/6 which makes a difference ofcourse but it's different for everyone how much favor they need depending how geared some champions are and what blessings they have
this is the real answer, progress slows down so much. totally worth the potion or two
Considering the last and hardest 25 levels it's just Warden and 2 buffers, yes. I was using Calliope and Nayeli, with Warden sandwiched between them (they happened to be my strongest buffers, after many champion swaps spent evaluating all the options).
This time I did it with 5e10 favour and a huge firebreath potion, with mostly deekin and shandie (for speed) and at the very end i used nayelli for power.
This was not a fun challenge, but I completed it!
