the only achievements that you have to complete during the event are those related to the event map (the three variants,and reach level 175 and 225)the achievements related to characters(acquire gear and heal) can be completed in every moment

Yep exactly what marco said... The only ones that you cannot complete at other campaigns or adventures is the 175, 225 areas and the three variants.

I believe Barrowin's healing achievment was reduced by about 100-1000 times (from e08 to e05 or e06). Makes it much easier to get.
Main difficulty is blasting through the Shielding often enough to force real healing to work.

Also, remove Calliope from the party as her shielding will get in the way of actual healing.

Got Barrowin's heal achievement quickly by using Arkhan up front usurping the heal from Barrowin for 5x healing with no other heals or shields on Arkhan.
