medium fire breath potion lowers dps ?

Ive been stuck at level 139 for days now. been using a huge giant strength potion, huge clair voyance and huge fire breath for the whole run. I decided to try and take out the boss this moring and i used a medium griant strenth and large fire breath potion amd nearly got him so i added a medium potion of fire breath to the mix thinking it would be enough to put me over the top, but inmstead my dps was decreses dramaticly. now i cant even clear the previous stage which i had been grinding for 2 days now.

IS this expected behavior ? Fire breath potions dont stack ??? any ways what a wasted of a pot !

Can confirm when the medium fire breath pot wore off my dps increased ! Now i have to wait for the large one to ware off too ,,,, UGH !

The only thing that stacks is time. If you use the same size potion all you're going to get is double the time...not double the effect.

A medium and a large fire breath potion should stack. They should not be affecting your DPS, though. They don't increase or decrease it, they just change your click damage.

Fire breath potions don't affect your dps at all. Using a medium firebreath potion while having a huge firebreath potion running will not help you much as you will only click for 50% more damage. It is basically a waste.

idk it was strange for sure. I finaly got Jemela leveled up enough to get past the boss on 140, haveing the weekend bonus helped also. I'm at 4 million torms favor for this outing will ethihther finih or maybe restart if it goes over 1000% increase im at 770% atm.

I hope you weren't on the same stage for several days without resetting. Due to diminishing returns it is best to reset very soon after you get stuck. For example 2 days of grinding a level is only twice the favor gain of farming for about 5 hours. It is best to farm at the wall for an hour or less.

maybe but i have 3 pots going that last til i quit or the adventure is completed, so ima press on til i finish or get to %1000 favor increase. huge potions are pretty rare in my experence so i want to make the most of them.

Its good to get the most out of those epic potions. However (a rough) guide is that each x1 increase from pots nets you about 1 more level.
Resetting and getting more favour (especially if you regularly get more than 5% per run) will get you further and faster than sitting on a stage for days.
