We'll just know when they'll get released, just be patient and don't lose your time making smoky hypothesis.
"Tier 4 Kelemvor's & Torm's & Tier 1 Helm's Blessings — The first tier of Helm's Blessings for Waterdeep: Dragon Heist are coming, but I wouldn't expect them until the next Dragon Heist adventure at the earliest. For now, keep grinding that favor! There will also be future tiers of Blessings for Grand Tour of the Sword Coast and Tomb of Annihilation. We have no further news to share at this time."
As for what they will be, I don't have a quote, but I recall that the intent was to make (at least) Helm's new blessings different and not just more of the same.
Not like the only way to get through a mission, but a viable choice with slightly more dmg output than a traditional hero formation. - If im going to put in the manual effort and mouse wear, I should be rewarded for it.
Would also like a boost to formations that are based on race.
I know there arent enough different heroes to do that now, but maybe in the future on a higher tier when there are enough heroes and a bigger race spread. Kind of like Asharra's buff but better.
I wont speculate what the new ones will be cause I have no clue, but those are ones I think would add something new and different to the formation possibilities. Adding value to heroes without buffing them directly.
Having boni based on Race and Gender would be bad is like beggin to ahve the SJW Inquisition show up and slam the game.
Still the Idea is good but what about a spin of damge types like Regis does buffing magic, melee or ranged?
Or enhance buffer depending on where in the formation they are?
Edit: Wonder myself why they not have added any modifiers to specific tiles in a formation yet outside of debuffs in variants?
Well bad choice anyway and sshhh don't make the Inquisition hear you.
Yes and No. Not just row or colum but specific tiles.
There look behind you!

Would add a few levels to my wall on the campaign due to my tanks dying too fast at 250
I guess something like this is going to happen sorta.
I recall a comment in the life stream that Nayelis Breastplate is going to be changed as they intend to not have any more items adding health.
So natural to assume to have Tanks set themself apart from regular champions would either add buffs to increase health or add some kind of armor or damage resistance maybe even block, parry evade like Drizzt does.
