After weekend just swap Jarlaxle with Makos.

Milkmann, Birdsong only boosts people two slots away or less, you need to permute him with Hitch in your formation to boost Stryx more.

This with Birdsong in Hitch place and Hitch in Makos place.

I use Stoki or Jarlaxle (weekend buff) to farm at wall in place of Cattie Bree

Yep, if I had Birdsong or Stoki I would use them. But I do not, using Cattie with Stryx makes boss kills very very easy. Have Cattie off screen then stun with Neyali's ultimate once the boss enters the screen then swap Cattie back in, she hits farthest target - boss, applying marked for death, use her ultimate and increase the damage he takes even more, once boss enters Stryx odor radius, let loose with biggest hits/ultimates. I can push past my usual wall 2 or 3 more bosses this way.

Just use Jamilah instead. It's the best DPS you got.

Strix > Birdsong > Jamilah > Hitch > Cattie > Minsc > Jarlaxle
Just select the DPS you have.

For me best is same as @Xarchen, except i don't have Stoki and use either jarl or catti (depend on need ..little higher DPS or more gold).
