So, the Heroism potions

I know thy have a bad reputation, and I myself barely touched them; by now though we have quite a collection (I do!) so... how does one effectively use them?

As far as I could see, they are useful in these cases:
- workaround for the unjustified DPS drop: buy some time for it to climb back to the usual level, then ult the hell out of there
- buy some precious extra time for the ultimates to recharge
- depending on how it is applied, it could be useful for multi-tank formations... if they boost by the potion-modded max HPs instead of mod the boosted HPs, haven't checked

Since they do not also boost healing rates, their level clearing usefulness is more limited than I'd like, and I can't really think of any time in which I failed a boss just for the few seconds the potion buys...

I used them a couple of times - to survive especially bad armor bosses. Those potions are trash.

I'd prefer a potion of regeneration

They're useful when bosses have aoe that oneshots your squishies, like Acerak, the umberhulk, or the upcomming bronzedragon in Dragondown.
