The road to 150

At first I figured I'd have no hope in hell of reaching 150 during this event but now I am still killing pretty good at area 112 after doing 3 missions and 2 free plays, this being my third free play. Currently with 4.23e5 Chaunteas favor.

My formation being

Makos..............Bruenor
.............Minsc...............Nayelli
Asharra.............Celeste
............Calliope.............Tyril
Hitch.................Jamella

And everyone specced for damage. I think that this is the way for me to get the highest possible DPS with my equipment or at least close enough to it. I don't think I'll complete it this time but will keep it going until I get home tomorrow for a good boost before doing the final challenge scenario before making a solid attempt with buffs and all.

P.S. Nothing paid for so no golden epics and found no shinies as of yet.

Has anyone managed it yet and if so, details?

for Asharra Spécialize Humans
for Minsk Spécialize Humanoïd ( Same if the Boss in Stage 150 is Undead, the 3 bosses before are Humanoïd )

and i use the Both Gold Maker during the run :
Jarlaxle for the leveling 1 to 115 / 120 with upgrade Maxi 425 ( for +40% gold dropp )
Stoki for the Higher levels after the 120 with KI STRIKE spécialize ( for bonus on DAMAGE receive by target AND Gold Bonus in Same Time )

all others are spécialize for DPS Bonus too

PS: for the 3 last levels ( 148 > 150 ) i have drink one 4 minute potion for DPS / Gold dropp / health increase of each to be sure done the opponents

so, judging by MiNours picture, 150 is probibly imposible, given his favor is 12,000,000 he has allmost all purples and blues and is currently burning like 4 consumables. I guess farm for gems, buy chests, get the potions that do 1, 2 or 4% hp per click, if you manage to get 8 before the event ends, that should alow you to get from 114 to 150

Seeing as Minours' advice is effectively non-applicable, let me offer you with what I have planned.

I'm getting ready to do it, and I definitely plan on having Makos with a Hitch CHA buff as my damage dealer, Stoki on debuff, and a bunch of the clicking potions ready to use just in case. I'm pretty confident in this since I can got to about 130 in the second mission. If Minsc is way better equiped, you may have to stick with him. Either way, clicking potions.

nope i haven't use any potions , but i have grind maxi of party for create more baskets for event and free play too for gold in event games
and yes the purple and blue gear help, but that is another discussion

and here the target is " only " the stage 125 for complete it .... it's not 150 , but golds are the true problem here ^_^

125 is easy enough, and yeah, having 100x less the gold find is a big hindrance but I have been stockpiling consumables, I never use them at all and in CotLI I have thousands. I do have a good week to build up for the final attempt however and already I can get to 120 easily enough. It will be close but it's those random drops for our new champion that will be in the hands of the RNG Gods.

So far, I can reach 125 without farming gold - I feel like I should be able to reach 150 for the achievement before the event is over.

Yeah, I'm walled at 130 with just one more dps upgrade left each on Minsc and Arkhan so neither of them will get me to 150. 134 will probably be my max.

Walled at 130 myself but with a week left I have faith. Going to grind out chests for potions of fire breathing and damage boost to push past the wall first then to click the remaining into submission. But 130 says that I can beat the third mission at the very least ;)

Let the game run on the highest level you can do and do not reset until you have enough baskets for another run. Already at 1.2e8 favor on the event without that much effort.

Maxed out all my DPS boosts and walled at 134. More favors won't help me advance.

Just at 1.36e6 currently, and given that high amount I am betting you have bought a chest or 2, at the very least you have really good equipment from efficient running in the regular game until now while I rock mainly Common and Uncommon stuff. That is however my general strategy and why I am setting up the highest level I can before bed. I figure I will start the final run Thursday or Friday and give it my all on Saturday after a day of grinding.

Beat 150, and there was no way in heck I was going to do it without the fire breath potions. In fact, I had some extra potions (giant's strenght/health) along with the clicking stuff just to even get to 150. The worst part was that I tried to use a few 2% on 149, but the screen got so clogged that it didn't register my clicks and I lost both that level AND 3 fire breath potions. I eventually used the one that knocked off 4% per click on 149, and rode that into and beat 150.

Even with decent gear, it wasn't easy. It is nice that the only thing you really get out of it is bragging rights. I think I'm gonna throw in $5 in appreciation to the game and might as well hoard up on event tokens to spend on gold Stoki chests to power up her gear while I still can.
