Jamilah & Arkhan useless?
Hi, for my opinion the "100% for all champions" is the best ability you can get. Jamilah and Arkhan come very late to the game, and both don´t have this abilty... why should i choose them?

Indeed, depending on Asharra's spec and at equal gearing, the best human dps is Hitch and the best Tiefling/Furbolg/Dragonkin dps is Makos.

Even in a 2-dps friendly formation like in the Highharvestide event, you'd be better off adding Stoki or Minsc (depending who's missing) for additional buffs and debuffs, instead of adding Jamilah or Arkhan. Some balancing would be welcome, for sure.

For what it's worth, when I go on a Torm's Favor run (i.e. farming gold at my wall), I use Minsc as main dps so I can just afk for a long while before Nayeli dies. But before that point, Hitch is the main dps so stuff dies faster, and before I need Nayeli's Aura of Protection buff, I use a 2-dps formation with Jamilah as my 2nd dps (who then deals more damage than Hitch, but becomes worse as solo dps due to Hitch gaining Minsc's or Stoki's buffs).

They're clearly unfinished, they've got six upgrades each. But still I'd think Jamilah's current highest-damage dps (e: haha no), whatever that's worth.

in harvest event, and for my best formation of course, jamilah is the best single-monster killer. and then comes the hitch. minsc does crowd control but he loses power rank later.

my favorite is minsc, yet at some point hitch becomes more powerfull, and then jamilah becomes the best. this also depends on all the gear you have found too.

arkhan is still not so good in the team, i couldnt find a good place for him. asharra's friendly does not seem to close the gap either.

by the way, you can count on me, because i have already topped all heroes to their highest levels that gives buffs. and yet unable to go beyond level 140 in the event without any damage potions.

And my wall is 155. What does that have to do with accountability?

with potions or not? with clicker or not? mine is completely idle and potion free level up. have you topped your heroes or you just talk?

and difference possibly comes on gear, you must have better gear on you. yet you seem you dont know about jamilah since you already asked about her. thus i say again, try different formation to find maximum output.

A wall, in such a game, is a point where you can't progress further, at least not in a timely fashion. Since potions let you progress infinitely and at a fast pace, the wall concept is lost when using said potions. Hence, if I say my wall is 155, that means I can't beat 155 normally, without potions, even after hours or even days of farming.

As for Jamilah, I'm wondering when and what I asked about her. Can you refresh my memory?

And finally, you didn't answer my question: what does a wall have to do with your word being gospel? I feel like I'm pretty spot on (and others concurred before), yet you'd never see me stroke my 155 wall e-peen just to try and make people believe what I say. Express your opinions, back them up when challenged, and be humble enough to admit you're wrong if and when someone disproves your claims. That's all we can hope for as a respectful community.

first, you could realize yourself that i confused the one to open the topic and the one answering me. you didnt asked about jamilah, it is clear.

and accountability? if someone says he topped all champions then hit a wall, i would believe him. and if i were to see his wall is less than me i would understand his gears are not as good as me. yet here we are talking about it. very nice job you are doing here.

Again with the inanities. I'm outta here.

SoulEater, to be fair, Arkatar is one of the more informed people on this board for the more minute details and DPS dealings. Which at the same time, you're definitely right that he does pack a bit of ego. So take what he has to say with the grain of seasoning on whether or not it applies to you in your state of the game and whether or not you use scripts, but don't engage.

Don't the +100% hero damage upgrades still apply when the hero is not in formation? I thought it was just their special skills (like bond, battlemaster, etc,) that don't apply when they are not in formation.
sycocys Oct 13, 2017 @ 7:36am
Jamilah is one of the best dps, Arkhan on the other hand is about useless as far as I can tell.
A2 Oct 13, 2017 @ 9:05am
Arkhan is utterly worthless in any combination. Jamilah is okay when leveled up.

Hero skills work only when the hero is in the formation.
This applies to all skills, and a hero that isn't in the formation may as well not exist.

Gear really keeps things not stagnant. I've had my DPS focus go from Minsc to Makos to Minsc to Makos to Jamilah to Hitch to Jamilah to Makos to Asharra (that was a surprise), back to Jamilah. Honestly, I'm fine with this. Keeps me from being complacent and keeps me thinking.
