is imp a fey?

just need 2 kill the lv 50 imp boss but when i get minsc lv 50 i get a buff so i need to know if imp is an fey.

Minsc loves squashing many different things, but Imps are not one of them I would assume too many tiny bones.

In a more useful statement: Imps are not in any of the enemy types that Minsc can favor.

thanks but gonna take lots of level ups 2 beat this boss. perhaps few days or less.

Change around your formation to see if you can get a better formation DPS (that number in the upper left) all of your special’s damage are based off that number. If unleashing your special "Ultimate" attacks on the boss does not kill it, you should probably reset then. Starting out you really need gear for your heroes, and that’s going to take a lot of gems (that you only get from bosses) and a bit of luck. So quickly running though levels you can easily defeat gather up gems, buy some gold chests and hope you get useful equipment.

Edit: Check out the blessings tab to see if there are any that don't cost much but can boost your damage quite a bit.

Or you could use consumables and kill the boss, but I would save those for time limited events.

thats usefull but almost killed lv 50 boss but need 2 lv up minsc a bit more, also thx for the tips. have a great day :)

Imps, demons, devils are all "fiends," and yes, something Minsc can't get extra damage on.
