where in the World can i Find a Mob that can Drop me a Legendary Cyber MTX 3. i been looking online for over 8 hours and Found nothening on it. other then some one has a Epic one in a screen shot

It's from a chest located in DLC 2 Demon Cave dungeon, locked behind a room contains an Elite Automation and a Genocider. On Normal or Easy difficulty it'll be Cyber MTX 2 instead.

Just keep farming for it and it'll eventually drop a legendary.

i have opened it over 50 times and i only get a Commen one

If you going for cosmetic or collection, sure go ahead.
But if you want easily get & reliable rifle, get AR Ninja 3 from Makai Twins. There, you can also get Overclock Chip & Dual link Core material (for enchance Avoid Instant Death acc). Then there are good sniper rifle & grenade launcher at treasure room after you beat them.

i was getting it for cosmetic and collection i already got a Legendary Ninja 3 im useing and i have the Grim reaper Sniper thats built around 400.00% Crit damage

Well, I guess good luck then. I know the pain since I did the same thing for getting a good green Godsbreath shotgun.
