How to play the DLCs in the correct way ?

So i bought all the dlcs but i have few questions cuz i am a confused idiot :
1-Should i complete the base game first ?
2-Are the dlc content separate from the base game ? guns ,outfits ,sidequests..etc
3-if so do i need to play the DLCs to unlock their content for the base game ?
4-What is the play order of the dlcs ?
5-do i need a separate save game to start the DLCs

Depends on which item/clothing/side quest. Some are available right away and some require you to progress story. the better dlc weapons will need to be farmed. Characters will be available right away in main story and Mask of Abyss. Difficulty increases based on this order.
Alphabetical order is correcy Order Ambush of Imposters, Betrayal of Comrades, Collapse of Ballance, Dessonance of the Nexus, Mask of Abyss (already part of game and not a paid DLC), takes place after the Dessonance DLC.
Uses the same save, but you load a different story mode similar to Kirito mode and Mask of Abyss from title screen. This is done from Title screen and selecting START GAME (Not continue), selecting you save (not another slot), and then options for which story to choose will be presented, assuming you have reached the Forgotten Forest. Repeat to switch story modes again.
