I had it dual wield and completely maxxed out in terms of chips.
The chips i used are your typical ones.
- Physical Attack
- Critical Damage
- Damage at Max HP
- Damage vs Mechs.
A handy chip to use if you have it or have room for it is Auto Reload Rate.
Weapon Attack is also a decent one if you want even more damage but it's optional.
My Ninja 3++ clocked at 1219 Physical Damage so that should be enough to wreck her fast.
Another good gun to use would be the Blue Rose MK3.
Use the same chips but include Critical Rate because that gun does crazy critical hits once you have a decent stat on that chip.
Regarding skills:
I use:
- Shield Matrix (to avoid those high-damage attacks)
- Human Fortress (so you're not getting knocked down all the time)
- Armor Break Shot (more damage)
- Hyper Awareness (avoid damage)
- AED-Shot (for stupid party members)
- plus whatever you think might be useful
I'd suggest to bring an accessory with "avoid instant death when HP is xx% or more". Combined with "+HP recovery" and the "First Aid"-Gadget it pretty much lets you survive a loooot of damage that otherwise would just oneshot your character.
