There are accessories that have movement speed +, so, not hard to find and also a skill that increases your movement speed even more (forgot what it's called, but it's easy to find in the skill list). To have even more movement speed, you want to keep the total weight of your gear to a minimum, so no usage of Gatling Guns or Rocket Launchers. I recommend pistols or an Assault Rifle as a secondary.
As for other skills, you can filter them by weapon, so click on the little SMG icon and it will show you the stuff you mentioned here:
And I think you can learn them as soon as you make a new character, as long as you have enough SP, but level 1 skills don't require much SP anyway.
Oh and since the P90 is so hard to get, I recommend LMG Moonlight 3 as a "temporary replacement".
Yea, I think there might be a P90 for sale, but without any memory chips. So it's not recommended to use that anywhere outside of Abyss Dungeon.
They should be better for PvE than for PvP (though, with good chips, they should be good either way). Thing is that Optical Weapons deal reduced damage to "flesh" targets and to targets, that are really far away.
The biggest advantage that nearly all Optical Weapons have is their effective range and rate of fire. Mostly, if a target appears on screen, you can immediately shoot it with an Optical Gun. Not so much, with some Regular Pistol/Shotgun...
Ah ok. So I think I'll use LMG Moonlight 3 for PVP and then LLENN's DLC Store P90 for PVE until I get the better one. My secondary weapon will be the optical rifle (this is purely based on the info I've received). Thanks again!
The Predatory General Shop in Urban District sells many type of weapons and accessories with random memory chips including the P90 so you may want to check him out.
Optical Guns do less damage to enemy players so they are meant for PvE. The Database has alot of useful infos, you should take a look.
and bullet circle ability ( can run and shooting more accurate ) + crt dmg + crt rate + weapon dmg %. you need use auto reload bility in weapon so you no need holding 2 weapon P90 and wasting stats STR too much. so you can go for max luck for trigger crt rate %, you need crt rate % to make crt dmg because weapon P90 dmg output is low than other guns, so you need rely on output crt dmg every single bullets you shoot.
focus on stats full agi + dex for dmg with luck for crt rate trigger.
for acce focus for: 2x acce movespeed % + 2x acce agi stats + 1x acce recovery hp % in time + 2x acce reduce cooldown + 1x acce dex stats or luck stats.
Until I get the P90 TYPE Z I'll use the LMG Moonlight 3 for PVP and then LLENN's DLC Store P90 for PVE.
wear sub weapon handgun the lightest one that no need much weight so you can move more fast, the lightest weight handgun is just low grade handgun.
sub weapon handgun used only for trigger healing or some support skill like buff movespeed for yourself or some power up for gain more dmg or debuff bullet like viral shot decrease enemies def and dmg, or some skill support that can save you from danger situation.
any handgun that have light weight is sure do good, range is universal on handgun around 15-25 around so you no need more think about this handgun since the practical on field the range on any handgun is almost same not different much.
just remember you only use main weapon to do damage, that is your P90
so you no need high grade sub weapon. since most all skills support effective is work from count your char stats, not count from your dmg weapon sub.
