No...Pitohui is probably in her late 20's or early 30's with her personality. And knowing Sao its a real female.

The only reason i believe Pitohui is in those age ranges is cause i've seen people with those personalities in anime that are older sisters or aunts of the main character/best friend. :P

But remember its all speculation.

Nevermind, shes like 16...I guess that follows the thing that everyone in VRMMO's change there personality in game.

False. atleast partly. By the time of GGO, the avatars are tied to the player's true gender. What this means is male players always have male avatar, and female players always have female avatars. They set it up that way so playing games for long periods of time wouldn't induce some kind of gender dysphoria. (Japan itself is very....strict on Gender norms)

Well do not mix story telling with background. We have nto seen it, does not mean it does not exist. As for GGO, it is handled by an American company.

As for SAO, it was Kayaba (sp?) that reverted players ot their actual looks. The AmuSphere rig has no way to determine your body type, so unless you honestly tell the computer what gender you are IRL, it has no way to know otherwise.

Also note that in the GGO arc, when peopel thought he was girl the first thing Kirito did was check his chest to see if he was, he didn't know either.

Pito may have game character looking 20ish, but I guess her real body will be like 10-12, atleast acting ingame will indicate that, ive played against and with em 12/yo (not to say all of them are like that) and mostly they all toxic like Pito was before getting basically eaten alive

and if you say im spoiling then its your own fault, series is over since mid summer and I watched like entire 12 ep. in one go, PLEASE do your research and watch til end before starting to assume genders and ages (and yes wikia didnt give me any age so im blind guessing since I know who she is in the RL)
