Weapon Proficiency for Launcher
Hello everyone,

So im currently grinding Weapon Proficiency and so i thought i might as well tell you guys how i lvled Launcher Proficiency.

Many of you most likely already know that you can easly lvl Weapon Proficiency in Subway A on the boss using this guide https://bkbrent.com/2018/02/23/fb-leveling-guide/
But in the end its only worth doing with a fast shooting weapon ( AR, TMG, Gatling, Handguns or even some Sniper. (Dual Wielding weapons makes it even faster)

But for Launcher it was to Slow for my taste, so i tested arround a bit and i found out that the fastes way to level Launcher Proficiency for me was:
Going to Solitary Sands and then Kiting all Scorpions on the places showing on this Pic : https://imgur.com/a/KLOTI

You Kite the Scorpions on the beach and from the street to the North Point showing on the Map and those on the Mountain and on the Left side on the Mountain ( Near the Water ) to the South Point.

Now all whats left to do is running back and forward gathering them to kill them off.

Note: Gravity Shot is really usefull to do this Method so i Highly recommend using it.

I hope this will help atleast a few people =D

PS: Someone has any Idea whats a good Method to level Sword Proficiency.. thats all ive left to do :<

Find one of the spider walkers like what BK's guide suggested

Kill boss worm in Solitary Sands Worm Nest -> Drop GL Inferno -> Equip both hands -> Teleport to the nest again -> Run circles while shooting boss constantly -> Done in less than 15 min

Their projectile attacks fly slower than character walks shooting, same goes for underground charge. This can be applied to all weapons. Did that with sword too. When you are close to the worm it can't hit you with projectiles = free hits.

Wait, why Subway A for grenade launcher? That boss moves too much in an open space and I find that boss far too long to kill especially when you use a controller.

I find it fun dual wielding grenade launchers to Ghospet's face in Abandon Road Depth, at least he doesn't move in long distance like the boss in Subway A.
What's more explosion type breaks the shinguard like armor on Ghospet (well, those shinguard armor get strip fast... super fast with those explosions) that forces him to drop down for a good long moment and if you get your Arfsys or other Ai to stun him.... That boss won't even go anywhere. (Possible to force the boss on down state for a long time to the point where you just stand still and grenade him to death if you have best gear with insane max memory chip effect)

Ghospet is another good way to level weapon proficiency (for explosive type weapon, just a bit longer for physical / opt type weapons) except for the sword, I use sword and the sword+gun on Corpse Shifter. This boss is perfect for close combat and it's a small room as long as you are able to survive his AoE stomp (or avoid it before he does it)

For the Sword one, kill spider walkers if you want. (I personally fought corpse shifter with a sword, small room, Boss doesn't move a lot except he can jump and stomp as well as spinning around with his missiles. Spammed Horizontal Square skills like crazy and if the boss refuses to move I just use Star Splash on him (knowing the Stomp doesn't kill you as long as you know you can survive that hit) )

I got in the habit of instantly usng the dash dodge to backstep right after a sword skill finishes when fighting spider walkers. If you do that, they will never use their knockback attack on you.

You don't really lose any time doing this either cuz of the annoying delay that exists before you're allowed to use another skill.

And if all of your moves are on cooldown, instead of just doing normal slashes, jump first, then attack normall to do the air combo slam. It does WAY more damage and gets a lot more slashes in much faster.

Also what I do the train sword proficiency quickly is teleport to the Midpoint in the Cave, take out the spider mech boss, then run out and clear the room on the other side. It takes only a few minutes and I generally get around 100 proficiency per clear.

And you can just warp back to the midpoint again to get everything to respawn.
