After farming for a Legendary Deathwind (with perfect chips) i ended up with 600+ Emeralds so basically money isn't an issue... ever... just from that. On average you walk away with 10 emeralds per fight and if you only spend a few minutes per battle the returns stack up quick.
Co-op if you're not op enough to kill Genbu quickly. Each boss takes roughly 30 seconds to kill.
Killing them is a bit tedious though... They just LOVE to go hover over your head where you can't see them cuz you can't look all the way up. My usual strategy is to lure them back to the buildings, and sit in one of the alleyways till they come over. They get stuck pretty easily and are much, MUCH easier to kill.
Note that they drop these items regardless of difficulty, so if you really want to farm money fast, drop the difficulty down to easy and just run around murdering them for an hour. I did that and netted something like 75,000,000 credits. n.nU
...Though WTF do you even need money for? The highest I've ever seen an item sell for was 3,000,000.
3 Million? That's cute. Ive seen items (weapons in this case) up to 10 Million.
Maxing out Memory Chips is an expensive adventure :D
But if you want that +0.02% increase, then go nuts lol. But even so, I can't see how you'd need to buy tons of items. Not unless you are trying to get tons of weapons optimized (and WTF is the point of doing that?). I found my prefered playstyle very early on and every time I try to switch to another weapon I end up going back to my Rocket Launcher/Sword combo within 5 minutes. >.>
albeit the amount of 10 mill items ive seen him sell maybe 1 or 2 are actually worth it.
