the dating/sleepover is divided into two parts.
New Game characters can only be dated by the player. (Kureha,Afrasys,Zeliska and Itsuki)
Original SAO/Game characters can only be dated by Kirito (Asuna,Leafa,Sinon,Silica,Lisbeth,Premiere,Yuuki,Philia,Strea,Argo and Rain)

Wrong! You can date and sleep with Kureha, Zeliska, Itsuki, Philia, Rain, Premiere, Strea, Joe, Arfa-sys. That's a big harem lol

Premiere instead of Silica then, at the begining look like she in love with Kirito but she will love you when you date and sleep with her.
