i know i see someone on my save data , lievre in my fl now i cant see her why is that?

Are you doing dlc? She’s available on your friend list if you see her in the SBC lobby after you defeat her from defensive battles. Complete dlc3 to get her on the list. If you play dlc4 without doing dlc3, she will be locked on your friend list same for other characters from dlc1 and 2 if you didn’t do any of them

I'm pretty sure she's in your list if you own the DLC and haven't started any DLCs yet. As soon as you start any of the DLCs, characters that aren't part of the DLC or haven't appeared yet can disappear from your list until you complete the appropriate DLC.
