Look at your inventory. At the Other(Key icon) category, search for hidden event intel, it is the info Argo gave you, and you are said to collect 26 Emblem earrings which all have alphabet shapes from A-Z. After you collected all of them, return to the lobby and go to the Co-op/PvP receptionist, talk to the either one of 2 Arfa-sys with short blue hair and she will give you a blueprint to craft something.

Whats the most efficient to farm them and i assume you can get dupes right?

Yeah you can get as many dupe as you want. For those that are in specific chest, just redo the dungeon and the chest respawn.

The first tier of them is just random loot on ennemies so there's no really efficient way to farm them, just kill stuff around.

Second tier come from the 2 dungeons in white frontier, make sure to check every chests because some are well hidden (like the one in the ice prison last boss room, just before going cocytus nifta)

Last tier is just about finding chests "hidden" in avatar party battles, you dont even need to complete the battle to get it, just find where the chest is, loot it and you're good.

Which letters are which tiers? Aand how do you start the avatar party battles.

there's 26 letters, so around 8 letters per tier... dont remember exactly which are where but you get them in alphabetical order.
Avatar mission give the 15 lasts, L to Z, so the other A to K are split in the two other areas, probably something like A to E-F in the field, then E-F to K in dungeons.

I looked up the rewards on youtube. Turns out its just the costumes. I guess im not that intrested into grinding them anymore.

It's quite painful to get it, I think i spend hours researching it with frustration finding the location and finishing DLC4 story.

Boss weaknesses (the most ass boss I've ever met since their debuff literally unremovable and they can 1 hit you regardless how tanky you're).
Reminds me alot of MMORPGs raid boss experience.. man it was awful memories.

Ah, yeah, but that's the point of the game, giving the feel of playing a MMORPG but without the hassle of other players.... (and I'm a pretty experienced former hardcore MMORPG player)

I am quite sure AI is still autistic in this game.
At least no one ranting to you.

Imagine spending like 1h on each raid then fail only to get blamed and people start flaming each other.
Everyday on training drills it happens.

Well that's why i tried my best to enjoy single player games instead.
Multiplayer is fine too as long it's not insanely frustrating and grindiest you could ever imagine.
