Hidden Event Intel - Guide

From the expansion, my curiosity was violently tickled to see Argo selling info on a 'Hidden Event' which is triggered by collecting all the Emblem Earrings. Though buying this information was extremely expensive and seems to be required to even trigger the 'event'. Just for convenience, I decided to make a guide to save trouble for people hunting for those earrings.

Locations:
A to E are in the White Frontier field, just keep looking through the chests in the area.

F to H are in the Met. Institute

I to K are in the Icicle Prison (J and K took a while to find. Keep a look out for highly stacked crates and explosive barrels. Shoot the barrels to make them explode and J is back there. K is actually in the boss room, hidden behind crates in the second 'room')

L to Z are found in chests throughout the Party Hero Quests from 1-15, so grab them and exit (N, O and Z had me lost for a while so to save the trouble, they are in a chest on an upper platform inside the teleporting rooms)

The intel then says to talk to an accessory trader ArFA-sys. This confused me for a while but it's actually those two ladies who stand on the side of the Online Co-op counter. Talk to one of them with the earrings in possession to recieve your reward, which is the School Uniform design for both genders.

Granted I was actually disappointed...the intel cost 50,000,000 credits so I was expecting an actual event with a character or maybe a boss but it's just outfit designs. So I guess if you really want those outfits, this is how you get them. Otherwise, don't waste the money if you don't want them. I actually regret it, lol.

Lucky I didn't sell the earrings because it has lower rarity and bad mod >_>

Okay, i am in possession of all the earrings. The problem I'm having is talking to the arfa-sys only gives me the response of me not having exchange tickets. I purchased the Intel. Please help!

double check to make sure you have all 26 emblems in your inv

is it possible to sell them? I got the intel early in the game and forgot about it.
