that should not matter, because just like delux edition where it only contains season pass and no such bonuses that are independant with it, sinon alo outfit and etc are only the parts of new dlc. So were you able to find the Sinon ALO outfit? I bought the complete edition bundle anyway.

It should be found in the weapon shop however I'm thinking that Steam might have screwed up. It should show up in the DLC section on the games page in your library but it is not there so either it was not originally meant to be as part of the DLC or Steam forgot to add it or something.

seems to be that case. until and even today, when I first enter the game after installing the new dlcs the notifications pop up and inform that "these items added to shop for these dlcs" but only the message about Sinon ALO outfit was missing

Was (still is?.) console/region exclusive that outfit, you would think it would no longer be the case since apparently "everything" is included in the complete edition. I got mine for PS4 from the BandaiNamco store but it won't work for everyone due to region differences;

It's outright detailed as being included the Complete Edition / final DLC, so they either copypasted the description from the PS4 and it was never meant to be here, or they forgot to implement it. Again.

so thats why i didnt see it as well i was just checking to see if i was going more insane then normal lol hope it gets fixed as that was one the biggest dlc i wanted to have of the non pc ones - side note: is there realy no difference between llenns rabbit hat that dlc item sold for 100 and any other rbbit hat in the game besides the stats not being random i guess o.- ... cuz that seems kinda a let down in that reguard .... but hey t least it not as much a let down as the promo guns that not moddable nor able to be got to max weapon rank >.>

seems strange that they'd list that in the description only to not include it for some reason, still if anyone has managed to figure out how to get the outfit to show up, could you let us know, my freind and i both bought the complete edition on the idea that it would include all of the pre-order stuff, but it is incredibly dissapointing to find out that through a bug or some other issue, that the sinon preorder outfit is missing.

let me just clarify one thing, Sinon ALO outfit is not a preorder bonus item at least for the steam version of the game. If it was I'd be going crazy since that'd mean I've been waiting for a year for that to come
