Considering moving from PS4 to PC

Before me and my friend move here(primarly due to my PS4 HDMI port melting cause SONY heat management effecting it over the course of about 5years?) I have afew questions. It'd be nice to have some feedback since I get mixed messages from the reviews.

1: How is the netplay? Even with a 5bar on PS4 there is consistant and often very strong rubberbanding despite me and my friend having Wired Connections. Is it this bad on PC as well?

2: Is there any problems with performance? Infinite loading glitches, severe FPS drops, mods required to run it smoothly. Etc?

3: Controls on keyboard and mouse opinions please? I don't expect it to be perfect but I'd like to know if I'm gonna have to go in controller again or not.

1: online is pretty much dead unless you find dedicated groups since connection is peer to peer. (i've played with ppl from asia region while in NA and its manageable) slight rubberbanding
2: best to install FB on an ssd for reduced loading times.
3: well controls themselves arent bad by default and you can remap them, or just play with a controller if you're used to that.
ps, make sure you stay on 30fps cap since 60 makes all enemies have laser acc and its impossable to outrun the tracer lines.

Oof 60fps causes enemies to murder you instantly? thats a huge red flag for me xD

i think that depends on your computer. a lot of people have no problems with the AI at 60fps but some people report better AI at 30fps. try it at 60fps first for more comfortable visuals and if you find things wrong like your AI getting stuck on decision making or the game being too hard (i doubt) then try playing at 30fps then

regarding #2, there are no strange glitches (like what you mentioned) or fps drops as long as you meet the requirements to run the game

Hmm... i supposed I kinda jumped the gun sorry.

Thanks for answering #2 correctly. I was unsure if I needed Special K or anything crazy like for NieR or DkS1PTDE. I'll sleep on this and consider my options when it goes on sale. Thanks again. Any other opinions welcome.

No worries about netplay communities, I have a friend who plays it with me. We will both get it on PC if anything.
