pick Musketeer X on your team, when your in wait for her to use the hawk eye skill then ufg to wall and use vorpal strike till you hit the door and you can see red dots in the next room without kiling anything you can pick other allies whith that skill too but She use it fastest

There is absolutely no good reason for the spawn rate on that thing to be this low. The only positive thing I can say is that you are GUARANTEED to get the weapon. (and if you're on Extreme, you are guaranteed the Mk3 variant, the best version available) I've probably tried 200 times, and I've gotten ONE, and it's an Uncommon. (I'm still trying in the hopes of getting a better one)

Your are saying about ar blue rose and its easier to grind for the drone than moonlight just restart the map and move your mouse a litte then done, expecially when you have ssd the map reload like instantly and you can get the legendary even faster then the moonlight.

Well I like it to be difficult xD
I mean, is not impossible to get it and it´s an EXTREMELY rare object, therefore I see the difficulty and I like that, not like in some current games where an object "supposedly" is legendary and given to you every five minutes xD

i get 2 legendary moonlight per day, and they alway have trash chips, thats what i hate lol

I haven't got the legendary yet but got the ar in the first time teleport after the story but the weapon i haven't try before
You can get it at the midpoint 2 also that way is more faster just teleport and turn left

I've been running with luc at 93, musketeer for her Hawk eye 3, philia and eugeo who have really high luc values (196/195). I also run Conceal 3 so all I have to do is kill the drone when he spawns and then leave room. I put my party members to standby as soon as Musketeer uses Hawk Eye so they don't agro anything in the room.

In roughly an hour I got:

6 Epic Blue Rose MK3 without having to apraise them
19 Unnapraised Blue Rose MK3
2 Legendary
17 Epic

25 Total
