Go to The Forgotten Woods, then the Forest Edge dungeon at the south-east; if you can fast-travel to the Forest Edge Midpoint, go to the room just south of the checkpoint. You'll find around 4 Blocker Crystals, at least 1 Healing Adamant, and 2 Photonic Smog. Just travel back again after wiping them once to get the 3 Smogs.
