Unable to initialize steam api ?

Hi , when i strat the games for the first time an error message " Unable to initialize steam api please make sure steam is running and you are logged in to an account entilted to the games".
I haved try everything , clear the cach , restarted Steam , Reinstalled steam , reinstalled SAO but nothing worked
Sombody can help me please ? im a fan and i really want to play to this games...

Make sure that your pc and steam are set to the same region and verify the integrity of the game files on top of it all. If you don’t know how to verify them just right click on the game in the game list in steam and pick properties and then the local file tab and then hit the verify button.

Does this only happen with this game?
Is the game exe blocked in your firewall perhaps?

For some people it helped to reinstall steam (sadly not for you) or to start steam as admin.

nothing work , its only this games , and the exe is not blocked by the firewall...
