It was pre-order DLC. The SAO pack that was tier 1 preorder reward iirc.

Nope. Pretty sure it is a preorder exclusive. I don't believe you can acquire it ingame.

and no trading isn't a thing in this game.

they are not cheating their accessories, they are literally tinkering with their stats.

as for the black wyrm coat just give it time, it will likely become available in a few months as the dlc packs come out.
