How do you get the death gun costume?

I believe its a reward from the final PvP (Squadron) quest. After you can have Asuna craft it for you

From the last pvp quest. It wasn't to hard to do on extreme but it was annoying so have fun.

Its not multiplayer its called pvp cause you are technically fighting other "players" in the game. (Its confusing but thats what happens when you have a game in a game)

im trying getting hunting quest but it doesnt list any, im level 46 atm

You're way to low to get it anyway. You unlock the quest after completing the 1 you have at the moment and if you have none you need to go to the next area in the game.
