What happens after I finish the game's true ending?

I finished the game with a bad ending at first and then just progressed with the NG+ and I'm about to go for the true ending so what happens after that? do i get to rewind again to keep playing or does the game progress after that and i get a free play?

PS: is it guaranteed that the true ending boss drops death gun's sword?.

Same as bad ending - rewind or start NG+.
As sword, I think it's 100% - get legendary estoc in first and only battle against him.

if you on ng+ and extreme mode and asume you find all rank7 weapons and do true ednding you beat game and is nothing to do you can only wait for dlc.

Dainsleif is dropped only on extreme mode and it's not guaranteed to drop.

Extreme mode also gives you to access to Rank 7 Lisbeth shop, Weapons and 2 Extreme Dungeons, one in the first area and the other in the 4th area

I just have one more question, when I beat the boss on NG+ mode , I get to keep playing after that right?.

Technically it gives you that option to rewind again, but you can rewind once more and freely do whatever you like as long as you don't go back to the Quest Area in Flugel Depths

Partially false. Dainsleif is in fact dropped by the true ending boss, but it IS a guaranteed drop every single time. You will either get a random quality Dainsleif or random quality Unappraised Sword (in which you'll have to take to Agil, but it's still the Dainsleif).

Weird. I didn't get a dainsleif one time when I decided to finish the true end route once more on extreme mode. I got one every single time besides the one I mentioned so I thought it's not guaranteed.

Nope, guaranteed every time. Either one of two things happened: Either you got an Unappraised Sword or were carrying too much and it went straight to your box. The latter happened to another person on here a few weeks ago and that person was in fact carrying too much in his inventory and they found it in the box.
