If you mean where those items are its in the shop in the lobby. Just scroll down and you will see the items that were awarded with the pre-purchase or deluxe edition for 100 each. (edit: Make sure its the right selling dispenser one you go to. Don't go to the one with the gadgets but the one that sells the guns there you will find the pre-purchase and deluxe items.)

Currently the Deluxe edition is just the Base game + season pass all in one package.
No bonus items.

I stand corrected, the store page just seems to say Base game + Pass.

If you did not buy game before 23 Feb, then you won't get SAO and ALO pack and RE:Hollow Fragment.

After game release on 23 Feb. You only get 2 light swords and a guitar launcher and at a much later time, the rest of the season pass content when you buy the deluxe edition or base game+season pass.

Well since this is about the 3rd or 4th time I answered the same question. Heh, I leave for future SAO:FB gamers to pass it on as I'm moving on from this game.
