I bought the game Sword Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet on March 1st 2018. When I tried to start the game, I received the error "the application was unable to start correctly 0xc0000142". All drivers, windows etc. are updated. I also tried to start the game without firewall and anti-virus program. I got the same error again.

The game successfully started twice, but the game crashed.
I also installed the game on another PC but I got the same error.
I contacted the support of the game, but they couldn't help me successfully yet.

Ich habe das Spiel Sword Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet am 01. März 2018 gekauft. Als ich das Spiel dann spielen wollte, bekam ich die Fehlermeldung "Die Anwendung konnte nicht ordnungsgemäß gestartet werden (0xc0000142)". Alle Treiber und Windows sind auf dem neuesten Stand. Ich habe auch probiert das Spiel ohne Firewall und ohne Anitvirusprogramm zu starten. Ich bekam die selbe Fehlermeldung.
Ich habe das Spiel schon dreimal neuinstalliert.

Bisher konnte ich das Spiel zweimal erfolgreich starten, aber das Spiel ist dann immer abgestürzt bzw. hängengeblieben.

Außerdem habe ich das Spiel schon auf einem anderen PC installiert, dort bekam ich ebenfalls die selbe Fehlermeldung, aber dort startet das Spiel häufiger erfolgreich.

Ich habe auch schon den Kundenservice des Spiels kontaktiert. Er konnte mir bisher keine hilfreiche Antwort geben.
