can i change the outfint of asuna and the others?

i thought i couldnt but in a vide i saw someone who changed itsuki outfit, and in the coments of other video i saw something about changeing the outfits of the other characters, how can i do that?

lvl 4 100% affection for the selected npc, you can only change the sao anime girls outfit in kirito mode in the lobby

You need to max their affection (Rank 4 100%) and then talk to them in the Lobby Area. You can change Strea, Rain, Phillia, Premia’s outfits in the main story whereas Asuna, Leafa, Sinon, Silica, Liz, Yuuki, Argo have to be changed in Kirito Mode.

they should be in the pve and pvp rooms, just talk to them

I changed itsuki's outfit in his squadron room and he wasn't all the way to 100% 4 (he was lvl 4 though)

It's not Rank 4 100%, I believe it has to be rank 4 75%, you might have to do all of the green bubble events as well.
