Mouse (up/down) problems post here.
EDIT:
Alexitobay is creditted with this method that involves losing your current save but seems to solve everyone-who-has-responded's problem with their Y-axis lock.

Disable Steam Cloud (I believe there is a setting that is getting stuck in the save files)

Win + R or Run

Type appdata, then browse to local > SAOFB
[This leads to usually C:\Users\[account]\appdata\local\SAOFB]

Delete Config and SaveGames folders

==================================

Those with the problem post here with your settings (if not default), resolution, and fullscreen/windowed/borderless status, computer specs would be bonus.

This will hopefully consolidate the issues into a thread that will remain bumped as long as people are adding to it, as well as help a trend reveal itself. As well as allowing the board to populate with other more unique issues that players may be having, or concerns they have.
(Such as with dishonored 2 having an issue with phenom chips)

(I don't have the problem but example)
Default settings
1920x1080(1080p)
FullScreen
W10 i7-4790K
GTX1060 6GB

try disabling the steam cloud and delete the configuration and save, then create a new game. I tried and it worked

These archives are on =
Win + R
Type "appdata" (Without " obviously)
Local
SAOFB
Delete Config and SaveGames.

Obviously disable Steam Cloud.

also maybe since it a mouse problem saying what kind/model of mouse you are using would i don't know be useful ;)

Unless you're using a high end mouse, the odds of anything but generic mouse drivers even being present are pretty low.
Laptop
1920x1080
Borderless/Window/Fullscreen
W10 i5-7300HQ
GTX 1050 3gb
Trust Gaming Mouse GXT 158 (tested my good old Logitech MX 518 and super cheap mini.mouse, same issue)

also touchpad shows the same issue~
EDIT: Game installed on External Drive~

Pushing this back up then back to nosleepfarming.
(So far the only thing I'm seeing is i5 processors and 1050, I'm also on external because SSD makes this game load like a dream. So unlikely that's it.)

i5 shouldnt be the problem here, i actually played some games with UE4 without problems.
rakkakaze Feb 24, 2018 @ 6:30am
It may not be an i5-UE problem, but an i5-othercode problem.

You broke the chain of constant. (Interesting it seems you're using almost my same base set up.)

Are you using single monitor or multi as well by chance?
Also, what version are your graphic drivers at? (I can almost guarantee mine are actually out dated.) [387.92]

I'm using single montior, graphics driver at version 388.43 (not the latest apparently!)

If it's worth anything, see if you can't find the 387.92 drivers and test if it's a graphics-interfacing issue? May as well test every avenue?

acording to the support there is suposed to be a auto-aim toggle in the options which could fix it. but there is not.

"Thank you for contacting us. I am very sorry that you are having this issue with your mouse.

Could you please try going into your options and turn off the Auto-aim. That should fix the issue, but if it doesn´t please contact us again, so that we can try other possible solutions to your problem.

I hope everything goes great. If there is anything else we can do for you, we will be here."

How did you contact support? Also did you tell them that lots of people are experiencing this issue? They can't feign ignorance.
