Is the 2nd person I create in character creation me?

I am unsure if the 2nd is supposed to me me or somebody else, I want to be sure before i setup a character just to find out it isn't my character.

The first character you create is "you" the second character you create is your Arfa-Sys

You create yourself. A little later during first quest you create afra-sys.

Basically your personal bank/NPC helper and important plot point from whats been told in interviews and stuff

I don't see a option to go back and change its gender then.

The game is VERY clear about being unable to change your gender before you finalize your character.

The thing is I thought this was supposed to be me before I asked this, as I was just put in character creation so I had no clue what it was at first.

If you have literally just booted up the game the first creation is you.

Sorry your initially question is confusing cause you said the "2nd person" implying you've already created one

Yes the 2nd one you create after the first small tutorial quest is not you, you are already playing as you.
