Hmm that kinda make sense now however why is it still in the keyboard controls? I'm not a console player and I would like to know more details about it for any console ported games like this in the future. Is there any video that can provide about the usage of shift buttons or regarding about Sword Art Online gameplay on PS4, something like that?
if you mean the trigger buttons and such, since I use a controller (I cannot get used to mouse and keyboard, like at all) then any video you watch with saofb that is playing xbox/playstation will show you. For me, while playing since I'm on controller, the r1 button "shifts" so that I use my skills, so that I can press x,y,a,b to the corrisponding skill. If I don't shift, y button is my cheer button, x is my reload button (swing sword), b is dodge and a is jump. the l1 button controls my UFG, while l2 trigger is my scope. r2 trigger shoots my gun. I generally use controller on any game that allows for it on PC, usually using those buttons in the same manner, so I can switch to quick moves, items, etc. as I deem necessary for whatever game. but any of the videos you just watch the skill buttons, sometimes you see them "light up" thats the person using "shift" as you put it, so they aren't using the normal functions of the buttons. in theory, if you use both shoulder and trigger buttons, that gives you 20 buttons with just the x,y,a,b to make use of
