I'm not sugar coat this PC port ps3 verion on rpcs3 emulator is 10x better then this PC port.

I don't even own Lost Dimension on PC but I'm pretty sure you're lying and trying to get away with it
RPCS3 in new build are more stable the video you show is old build that didn't have Rewriting Vertex Processing. How both version have fps drops and not perfect however rpcs3 more stable and don't have bad slowdowns even when fps drops to 15fps.
PC version I seen slowdowns usely happen when fps drop below 30fps. I'm not sugar coat pc version duo 22fps this ps3 port it shouldn't have drops this low. Really gtx1050ti shouldn't drops at all.
