which merchants trade in and buy fodder?

hi can i check which merchants deal in fodder?
the other day i had some loose fodder (maybe 20 bits), and the ostbrook shifty merchant bought some, but in another game i made some more (and it upgraded into the larger item) but now i cant seem to sell it? do i need to convert it into smaller bits again?

I don't know who buys fodder off of you. If you want to buy fodder, you can do the Mannshire general merchant or the stables North of Brynn.

There's a horse owner next to the well who sells 1000 fodder

NPCs might not like you selling stacks of more than 100 fodder at a time

they removed the ability to sell fodder, i do miss it as it was a way for me to make a little money at the start of a run.

from what i read the devs never meant us to be able to sell it, just made a mistake on release of rtr.

Yeah, since it's easy to make hundreds of fodder very early in the game just by converting every berry and herb you find, people were selling it for impressive amounts of gold.

They all knew it would be fixed sooner than later, and it was.

oh ok thanks for all the infos,
its a bit of a shame, as in the early game, i was able to make a bit of money to buy 1 tasty food dish, it didnt seam that broken, because once you harvest the nearby area to make fodders, it takes time for the plants to grow back and you have to venture deep into possible ambushes anyway :)

i think fodder should still be able to be sold (even at a bit less), since what you sell, cant feed your caravan horses, so you'll eventually need to find more (to consume that way) or to buy it back :)
