What should i buy, flayout 2 or flatout please help me decide!

I am debating over the 2, i remember both from when i was young, i think the first one seems better, but give me your opinions!

2 is way funner. If your graphics card can run it, get Ultimate Carnage instead of both. It's FO2 with much improved graphics.

FlatOut 2 is no longer supported by GameSpy. So no multiplayer. But GameRanger now supports FlatOut 1 and FlatOut 2 for multiplayer.

Flat Out 1 is more realistic and more derby concerned.
Flat Out 2 is more arcade and looks like a mix between NFS and Burnout.

It really depends on what kind of style you prefer.
I liked the crazy-arcadish style of FO2 a lot more (2x complete playthrough). The handling in FlatOut 1 is quite different, probably indeed more realistic. Played it a bit, wasn't as fun for me.

Just like everyone said FO1 is more realistic. The cars are a bit more difficult to master but just like everyone, I recommend buy both.

I prefer Flat Out 1, the bonus tracks are funnier to play and the actual racing feels more realistic. 2 seems like it... just tried too hard

The original Flatout will always be the best for me. Its just a lot more fun than the others, driving feels nice, tracks look good, graphics are imo just the way they should be, no 99x bloom effects and loads of motion blur etc.

I have Flatout1 and 2 but it is unplayable because it crashes constantly. I think Flatout 1 make more Fun!

FO1 for the putrid arcade derby original. I personally love this one more than anything. Also quick tip , do not touch FO3. It's not from the same team and it's one of the biggest craps in history!
