A very simple guide to set Custom Screen Resolution and FPS, as well as other Quality settings

Steps:

1. Open steam

2. Right click on "FLATOUT"

3. Left click on "Properties..."

4. Under General Menu, Launch Options: Click in the empty Grey box

5. Type "-setup" without the quotations

6. Close the menu

7. Launch game

8. A setup menu should pop up and then you are able to adjust your screen resolution, MAX FPS, and some other custom Image items in there corresponding menu boxes.

9. after adjusting said items click play. the Box should close itself; the game will then close.

10. Repeat steps 1-5, and then remove -setup in the launch menu option

Now you are able to click play on FLATOUT and the game should run as you intend to play.
